Ingredients - 1 apple, 1 cucumber, 2 carrots and sprinkled with chia seeds and arugula leaves.
I also read online that there are still lots of nutrients left in the pulp that one usually get after juicing and I find it a waste to throw it away. So later, I would be using it to make a soup and try. There are many controversies about eating fruits in its original form while others swear by the benefits of juicing. I prefer not to dwell too deep, else it takes away the fun of eating. To me, it tastes great and this is slow juicer, so less heat is involved, I believe in the course of juicing. Also, it adds an element of surprise and creativity to what one can mix and match with to create his own recipe.
